My yummy recipe for clean eating treats! They are light, fluffy, and best of all? Boyfriend approved.
1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 eggs (you can substitute with half a banana to make it vegan)
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
4 tbsp agave nectar
1/4 cup of applesauce
1/4 cup of greek yogurt or coconut oil (vegan friendly)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and combine all ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a bowl or mixer. This is when you spread the deliciousness all over your non stick cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. (15 minutes for a thin and short sheet, 20 min if it is a thicker/deeper pan). Then, cool and serve. Let your fatkid’s heart soar.
