Ah, with the spring here bikini season is right around the corner so that means I actually need to start watching my diet and not hiding under my sweatshirt. However, my kryptonite is chocolate chip pancakes and all of the epic calories that go along with it. This recipe is like my methadone right now.
Low Carb Protein Pancakes
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I love all of Myofusion’s flavors, especially Banana Perfection)
1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
Add water until consistency is thick like a pancake batter.
Cook on medium heat.
Pour your concoction onto a heated pan with a light butter spray greased on it.
Cook it until there are slight bubbles forming and it is flippable. Add your quest bar pieces and then flip the pancake onto it’s other side. Cook until it is a golden brown and feel free to serve with Almond Butter on top 🙂
