Whole 30 – Day Six

Today is my off day, hooray!


Breakfast: 1 Medium Green Apple, 2 TBSP Almond Butter

Lunch: Asian Shrimp and Cashew Stir-fry (Recipe below) with a glass of almond milk.

Dinner: Grilled Shrimp with Scallion Oil, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans.

Snack: Apple Pie Larabar, Garden of Life Raw Energizer (Green Powder Crap)

Asian Shrimp and Cashew Stir Fry

20 Jumbo Shrimp
2-3 Cups of Snow Peas
Red and Yellow Peppers
1/4 Cup of Cashews
1 TBSP Coconut Oil
2 tsp of minced garlic

Heat the oil and add the garlic with the vegetable. Sautee the veggies for two to three minutes and add the shrimp. Cook for another ten and season to taste. Voilà!

Workout: Dog Walk, that’s about it. 😀
