Breakfast: Almond Butter and Fruit Salad (Strawberries, Blueberries, Coconut Chips, Cashews, Almond Butter) 2 Scrambled Eggs on the side. Green Tea.

Lunch: Asian Shrimp and Cashew Stir-fry

Dinner: Salmon Omelette with a glass of Almond Milk

Snacks: Larabar, Almond Butter and Fruit Salad (again because it is delicious)

Hamstring and Glutes Day

4×15 Donkey Kicks on cables (15lbs)
S.S. Weighted Step Ups (10lbs dumbbells)
30 seconds on each side, One-Legged Weighted Glute Bridges (10lbs)
6×12 Barbells Squats (varying positions and weights, 45lbs-105lbs)
3×15 Abductor Machine (145lbs, 160lbs, 175lbs)
3×10 Sumo Deadlifts (60lbs)
