Whole 30 – Day Eleven

I think I am finally reaching the end of my ridiculous cold I have had since Christmas. I have been hacking everywhere like a chain-smoker and working out has been a task and a half. I think eating healthy has helped a lot with the recovery.

Breakfast: Salmon Fritatta, 1/4 of a Haas Avocado, a slice of tomato, seasoning. Green Superfood Powder.

Lunch: Garlic Shrimp & Zoodles (recipe below as promised) & 2 Clementines

Dinner: Paleo Coconut Shrimp and Squash Zoodles (recipe tomorrow)

Snacks: Fruit Salad and Almond Butter, a banana

Garlic Shrimp and Zoodles:
Serves 3

15 Jumbo Shrimp (Defrosted)
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tsp of Garlic
3 Zucchinis
1/2 Cup of Mushrooms
1/2 a tomato
Flavor God Garlic Lovers (not very impressed with this seasoning. I thought it would be waaaaay more garlicky for the price I paid for it. 😑 )

Heat your coconut oil in a skillet and warm to medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms to begin sauteing it. You need a zoodle slicer for the zoodles and you can find it on Amazon for around $11. Slice your zoodles and add it to the saute with the tomatoes. Finally, add the shrimp and saute with the veggies for three or four minutes. Add seasoning of choice.

3×10 Incline Press (27.5lbs)
3×8 Decline Press machine (45lbs on each side)

3×10 Overhead Press (32.5lbs)
3×10 Rope Pulldown (25lbs)
S.S. Single arm cable pulldown (10lbs)

3×10 Oblique Twists on Extension bench (10lbs)
2×15 Oblique Machine

Stepmill 12 minutes
