Breakfast: Salmon Fritatta (leftover) with a scoop of guacamole. Green Drink. A kiwi.

Lunch: Broiled Tilapia, Zoodles, a small sweet potato (recipe for tilapia tomorrow)

Dinner: Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry (recipe from week 1)

Snacks: Larabar, Almond Butter and Fruit Salad

Hamstring and Glutes
4×15 Donkey Kick on Smith Machine (20lbs)  with Weighted Step Ups (20lbs)
4×15 Lying Leg Raise and Weighted Single Glute Bridge (10lbs)
6×10 Barbell Squats (65-105lbs)
3×15 Adductor Machine (170lbs)
3×10 Sumo Deadlift (70lbs)
