Breakfast: Salmon Pepper Fritatta, Green Drink, Vitamins etc

Lunch 1 : Tilapia, Sweet Potato, Zucchini

Lunch 2: Tilapia, Zucchini

Dinner 1: Shrimp, Green Beans

Dinner 2: Scallops, Zucchini

Snack: Almond Butter, Fruit Salad, Pistachios, Dried Fruit, Larabar

Leg Extensions/ Seated Leg Curls 5 x 12 – 15
Varying weights from 40lbs- 100lbs

Barbell Squat 5 x 12 65-115lbs

Stiff Legs 5x 12 60-80 lbs

Good Mornings 5 x 12 30-50 lbs

Barbell Lunges 5 x 24
30 lbs – 24 reps s.s. bodyweight and burn it out

Calf Raises 5 x 20 150 lbs

Step Mill for 5 minutes

Bam!
