Carb Cycling Day Seven – Low Carb

Oi, I am sorry for the late post. It’s been a hectic couple of days.

Breakfast: Salmon Spinach Fritatta (basic fritatta recipes with greens and salmon)

Pre- Cardio – Whey Protein with Almond Milk (So Delicious + Protein)

Lunch: Smoked Salmon Salad (greens, almonds)

Lunch 2: Salmon Cake and Tuna Cakes with Spinach

Dinner: Salmon Cake, Tuna Cake

Post-Workout: Whey Protein, Almond Milk, 2 TBSP Almond Butter, 1 TBSP of Pumpkin Pie Whips JIFF (I had a leftover package from October, haha)

Macros:
Fats: 81g
Carbs: 48g
Fiber: 15g
Protein: 163g

Today was just cardio intervals on the treadmill. Pretty simple day.
