I have been really motivated by Emily Skye lately. Does anyone else have a fitness model obsession? I just think she’s great; beautiful, funny, and real. I like the fact she’s not afraid to go in front of a camera without makeup to keep it 100 with you.


Plus, she’s a total babe and I want her abs. #absoverdonuts

AM Faster Cardio and Dog Walk

Breakfast: Salmon Spinach Fritatta, Avocado

Lunch 1: Tuna Cakes, Zucchini

Lunch 2: Salmon Cakes, Spinach Salad

Dinner: Tuna Cakes, Spinach Salad

Dinner 2: Whey Protein Shake, Almond Milk, Peanut Butter

Snack: Quest Cookie Dough Bar ❤

Fats: 89g
Carbs: 67g
Fiber: 35g
Protein: 169g

Arm Day 🙂

Warm Up: Machine Bicep Curls 3x

Barebll Curl:
5 x 20 reps (drop sets)

Skullcrushers, Close Grip Bench Press, Alternating Curl, Alternating Hammer Curl
5 x 10-15lbs Supersets

Arnold Press, Upright Row, Alternating Bicep Curls
5 x 10-20 reps

Tricep Press, Reverse Flyes, Front Plate Raise
2 x 10 – 20 reps

Sprinting Intervals – 25 minutes.
