Breakfast 2: Protein Shake, Almond Milk
Lunch: Salmon Burger, Greens, Raspberries, Almonds
Dinner: Smoked Salmon and Shrimp Salad – Greens, Raspberries, Almonds
Dinner 2: Protein Shake, Almond Milk
Snack: Quest White Raspberry Bar (I am into raspberries lately, can you tell?)
I took the day off as far as lifting goes because my back is pissed off at me. Time to curl up on the couch with Netflix, Spartacus, my dog, and survive the snow outside.
