Carb Cycling Day Nineteen – Low Carb Day

1 hour of fasted cardio, hills, 3.2 mph

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon Omelette: 1 whole egg, 6 tbsp egg whites, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 2 oz of smoked salmon
Breakfast 2: Protein Shake, Almond Milk

Lunch: Salmon Burger, Greens, Raspberries, Almonds

Dinner: Smoked Salmon and Shrimp Salad – Greens, Raspberries, Almonds

Dinner 2: Protein Shake, Almond Milk

Snack: Quest White Raspberry Bar (I am into raspberries lately, can you tell?)

Calories: 1453
Fat: 64g
Carbs: 54g
Fiber: 29g
Protein: 169g

I took the day off as far as lifting goes because my back is pissed off at me. Time to curl up on the couch with Netflix, Spartacus, my dog, and survive the snow outside.
