Tuna Cakes Recipe

Tuna Cakes
10 Servings
8 oz of drained tuna
170 g of sweet potato
1/4 cup of almond flour
1 egg
3 TBSP of egg whites
Spring Onion/Scallion (optional)
Flavor God Everything Seasoning

(You can always use less sweet potato for macro purposes. I have used straight egg whites and they came out decent).

Preheat over to 415

Literally mash all that shit in a bowl and your mixing will be done. Grease a muffin pan with some oil and spoon the mix into it. Bake for 20-30 minutes until it looks edible and delicious. They are great to grab if you’re in a rush to work or a doctor’s office for a checkup (like me tomorrow morning).
