Carb Cycling Day Twenty Six – Low Carb

Fasted Cardio – 45 min, 15 min of pup-pup play time because she is the best part of my existence.

Breakfast: Seafood Fritatta Pepper, Protein Muffin, 1/2 TBSP PB

Lunch: Kale Salad (Sprouts, Kale, Spinach, a whole bunch of green, good shit), Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, Bell Peppers, a teeny bit of olive oil.

Lunch 2: Salmon Burger, Spinach, Almonds, Bell Peppers

Dinner: Smoked Salmon Egg White Omelette (1 Whole Egg, 6 TBSP Egg White)

Snack: Protein Shake, Rice Cake w/ PB

Calories: 1484
Fats: 77g
Carbs: 51g
Fiber: 14g
Protein: 134g

I didn’t lift today because rotator cuffs are still bothering me and I want to give it some time.
