Intermittent Fasting Day 8

Finally, I am back on my grind! The sun is out and the roads are clear :). I did some more research and stumbled over more info on the renegade diet. I guess he recommends undereating for four hours (mainly raw fruits and veggies, easily digested proteins and fats) then training, then coming home and eating an epic carb meal. I am going to try it out today and see how I feel.

Breakfast: 1 Mango, 5-6 Strawberries, 1/4 cup of Blueberries. Chia Seeds and Green Drink

Lunch: Smoked Salmon, Shrimp, Herb Salad with Bell Peppers & Zucchini

Lunch: Same thing as a above

Dinner: Protein Pancake, Turkey Bacon, P28 Peanut Butter

Dinner: 2 Eggs, Turkey Bacon, Toast, Buttermilk Flapjacked Protein Pancakes, Walden Farms Syrup << BOMB.

Bro, all of this ^^^ 1768 calories. Seriously. Not bad at all.

 

Calories: 1768

Fats: 53g

Carbs: 158g

Fiber: 38g

Protein: 169g

 

Workout: Bis, Tris, Cardio

 

Alternating Bicep Curps & Skullcrushers

4 x 15

Barbell Curls, Seated Overhead Press

4 x 15

Hammer Curls, Seated Overhead Press

4 x 10-15

Incline Alternating Curls, Tricep Kickbacks

4 x 10

 

Sprints

5 minute warm up

10 minutes of increasing speed (start at 6.0, + .2mph every set until you reach 8mph) for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest. I personally like working up to 8mph because if I start that fast I will die a miserable, horrifying death.
