Intermittent Fasting Day 9

Today, I hurt my knee 😦 Unfortunately I couldn’t get to the gym for my leg day because of it so I am resting it up and healing for an intense session this weekend.

Fasted Cardio – 30 minutes

Breakfast: Fruit Salad & Protein Smoothie

Lunch: Protein Pancakes

Dinner: Smoked Salmon and Sweet Potato Omelet, Toast

Snacks: Rice Cake with PB

Calories: 1869
Fats: 72g
Carbs: 175g
Protein: 140g
Fiber:31g

Workout: None, recovering from a leg injury.

P.S. It’s ANOTHER SNOW DAY. -_-
