Intermittent Fasting Day 11

Alright, I am pretty exhausted today so I am going to try and keep my carbs higher and do my best to get through training. I also had a little cheat meal at Panera. Eh, life happens. I try not to dwell on it. That’s the biggest battle you will go through doing this – overcoming guilt and self-condemning! Just enjoy the effin brownie if you are going to eat it.

Fasted Cardio – 25 minutes walk with the pup around the track (about 2 miles). She is lazy.

Breakfast: Green Smoothie (Greens, Maca, Superfood Powder, Chia Seed, Strawberries, Blueberries, a Date)

Lunch: 2 Eggs, 2 Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes, Kimchi

Dinner: Panera Bread Pick 2 – 1/2 Med Veg No Feta, 1 cup of Black Bean Soup, French Baguette & half of my guy’s double fudge brownie haha

Snack: Whey with Nuts N More Pumpkin PB ❤

Fats: 47g
Carbs: 247g
Fiber: 38g
Protein: 132g

Workout: Chest, Shoulders, Cardio

Incline Hammer Press & Upright Rows

Incline Dumbbell Press & Arnold Press
4 x 12

Military Dumbbell Press & Lateral Raise & Around the Worlds
3 x 12

Pec Flyes on Cables
3 x 12

Cardio – Step Mill 20 minutes
