Okay, I am back on it and doing pretty good today despite my shortcomings the past week. I didn’t do morning cardio because Sky had to go to the vet and get another shot of antibiotics and hopefully *fingers crossed* it is the last of it.

Breakfast: Smoked Salmon Omelet, Turkey Bacon, 1/2 Sweet Potato, 1/4 Avocado & Kale Kool Aid from Farmivore (review will be posted later)

Lunch: Chia Seed Pudding, Almonds, Blueberries, Dark Chocolate Chips, Whey Protein

Dinner: Salmon Burger, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Turkey Bacon

Snack: Whey Shake and ORAC Green Superfood

Cardio – Stepmill 20 minutes
