Intermittent Fasting Day 19

So, I attempted a fasted leg workout today after doing morning cardio…

The fuck was I thinking?

Breakfast: Kale Kool Aid, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/4 of an apple, almonds, reduced sugar craisins, 1 medjool date, Walden Farms Syrup, 2 slices of turkey bacon

Lunch: Fruit Salad – Mango, Blueberries, Papaya & Salmon Bacon Fritatta

Dinner: Salmon Cake, Turkey Bacon, Spinach, Wheat Thin Bun

Snacks: Cookie Balls – Recipe is on the Healthy Recipes page, Pumpkin Spice Nut Butter

Calories: 2281
Fats: 83g
Carbs: 265g
Fiber: 38g
Protein: 147g

Workout: Glutes & Abs

Smith Machine Donkey Kicks & Stepups
3 x 10

Smith Machine Reverse Lunge
3 x 12

Reverse Hack Squat
3 x 12

Seated Calf Raises
3 x 15

Crunches – 50 reps

I was dyinngggggg. I am never doing a fasted cardio session mixed with a leg/glute day. Eff that.
