Intermittent Fasting Day 23

Breakfast: Farmivore’s Kale Kool Aid & a Protein Shake a little while later.

Lunch: 2 Salmon Burgers, Garlic Cauliflower

Dinner: Egg White Omelet, Toast

Snacks: Chia Seed Pudding (almond milk) with berries and almonds, 1 tbsp of Nuts N More PB, and ORAC Superfood Drink

Calories: 1943

Fats: 71g

Carbs: 192g

FIber; 48g

Protein: 166g

Workout: I only took the dog for a walk this morning (about 30 minutes, fasted) Β and took the night off from the gym.
