Blueberry Swirl Protein Crepes

Bonjour mon ami!

Today, we are making Blueberry Swirl Protein Crepes (yum-o!). They are light and fluffy because of their egg white base. You can add any flavor you’d like to this basic recipe ๐Ÿ™‚

Blueberry Swirl Protein Crepes

Serves 1-2

1 Cup of Egg Whites

1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder


Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup


Vanilla Extract

Coconut Oil

Heat a skillet to medium heat and melt the coconut oil. Blend your egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together and then let the mixture settle for a moment. Pour it into the skillet once it has completely heated. Add your blueberries and syrup to the top of the crepe a few second after the base forms in the skillet. Wait 2-3 minutes. Flip it and let it cook for another minute on the other side.
