One week down! It has been a really easy transition for me. The only thing I am finding myself craving is chocolate which is not very surprising. My biggest downfall is I have a sweet-tooth monster living inside of me. I’ll scroll through Pinterest for hours drooling over photos of chocolate chip cookies. (Even typing chocolate chip cookies make a little pang shoot through my heart). With the force of a thousand suns, I try my best to stay away from sweets but I am only human. I might let myself have a vegan cookie this Sunday after leg day for a treat. My personal favorite are Liz Lovely – they rock. I loved them even before I was on a vegan diet. Coconut Bliss ice cream in Gingerbread flavor is also orgasm inducing.

Post – Workout: Faux Chicken Tikka Masala 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice
Lunch: Same as above
Dinner: Tofurky Andouille Sausage, Grilled Veggies, Spinach, 1 TBSP Red Pepper Hummus
Dinner 2: Tofurky Chick’n and Apple Sausage, 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice, Spinach.
