Have mercy, today was rough. I have really been lacking sleep the last couple of weeks because of Dave’s schedule and the dogs. He comes home around 1 a.m. most nights because of Uber and Elon is a morning person in dog form aka EVIL AF. He wakes Dave and I up around 7:30 a.m. most of the time and from there, he wants to play. My dog sky is the total opposite – the ultimate couch potato and basically my spirit animal. I was originally planning on skipping the gym this morning, but since Dave and all the dogs were running around I decided to just get it over with and do some extra legs. I’ll sleep in tomorrow. Zzz.
Breakfast: Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
Post-Workout: Baked Tofu, 1/2 Cup of Rice, 1/4 Cup of Lentils.
Lunch: Same as above
Dinner: Meatless Meatballs, White Rice, Spinach
Dinner 2 (I was hungry af): Beyond Meat Chicken Green Beans & 1 TBSP Hummus
Barbell Squats – 5 x 10-12
Superset – Leg Extension Machine & Walking Lunges – 3 x 20
Sumo Kettlebell Squats – 3 x 10
Cable Kick Backs – 3 x 20
Curtsy Lunches – 3 x 20 (each leg)
Dumbbell Glute Kicks & Single Leg Hip Thrusts – 20 (each leg)
Yoga for 15 Minutes
