“What is Carb-Cycling?” is a question I hear all the time! There is this allure about carb-cycling for people who are not actively involved in the fitness. For most, it is the number one resource to losing weight and making gains for competition. Basically, you have seven days in a week and for 3 or 4 of them, you cycle your carbs. For example, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday would be the days where you can have healthy carbohydrates like oatmeal, rice, and sweet potatoes. Thursday, Friday Saturday, you would dip your carbs much lower and eat mainly vegetables as your side. Sunday is your cheat meal. Simple, right? Well, here are my day to day routines and schedule while carb-cycling in early Spring 2015.
