Well, as you all know, my friends call me “The Diet Collector.’ My first test drive this whole 30year was to reset my system with “The Whole 30,” an increasingly popular diet and lifestyle created by Dallas and Marissa Hartwig, that focuses on eliminating foods from your diet that could be causing auto-immune problems.
