Vegan Day 2

There has been some exciting stuff happening the last few days. Between being motivated with my diet and hitting the gym pretty regularly, my writing is finally heading in the right direction. For those who don’t know, I am a writer and can be found on most social medias under the handle @SGKilbride. The last six months I have been fine tuning the first installment of a series I have been working on since I was sixteen. (Well, I started it, put it off, and revisited it this past March. After seeing its potential, I decided to run with it). It paid off! An agent is currently reviewing my manuscript and I am so stoked for it. It is a step in the right direction, and even if it doesn’t work out, at least I know I am on the right path. Positivity is everything when it comes to achieving your goals – especially fitness goals!

Lunch: Tofurky Kielbasa, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 1/2 cup of chickpeas

Workout: Off Day

SkyOriginally, my plan was to hit the gym at 7am but sadly, my dogs had other plans for me. My dog, Sky, has a really rare digestive disorder that causes her to regurgitate her food because her esophagus is enlarged and has minimal mobility. She woke up and puked all over my laundry at 5 a.m. and needless to say, we didn’t sleep much that night. So, listening to your body is key here. Why would I go waste and expend energy when I already have none? Tomorrow I will go extra hard on shoulder, abs, and cardio day!
