Vegan Day 4

JoaquinFor those who don’t know, I am based outside of Washington D.C. and needless to say, Hurrican Joaquin knocked out my WiFi the last few days. This is my poor excuse for not update my blog the last three days – sorry! Between the gusts of wind, rain, and the dogs not wanting to do their poopy business outside, it has been a fun few days. But here is what my day looked like on Day 4.


Protein: 148g

Carbs: 172g

Fats: 54

Calories: 1776

APPLESBreakfast: Matcha Banana Smoothie (I was out of avocados – sigh). Applie Pie Oatmeal
(recipe will be up soon).

Lunch: Tofurky Italian Sausage, Grilled Veggies, Edamame, and Shitake Mushrooms.

Lunch 2: Same as above.

Dinner: Black Bean Burger, Ezekial Wrap, Spinach, Grilled Red Peppers & Onions

WORKOUT: Cardio at Home

So, on Thursdays I can’t hit the gym in the morning or at night due to schedule conflictions. We have a new puppy and my super high maintenance princess, Sky, who can’t be left alone for long periods of time. I usually either take the dogs for a long walk or do some gentle at home yoga, but since it was raining and I really wanted to workout, I decided to follow a cardio routine on YouTube. Surprisingly, I was really sweating by the end of it! Here is a link to the video I followed:
