cookie monsterMy rule when it comes to cravings is if I am thinking about a particular thing for more than three days, I let myself have it as long as I’ve worked out that day. So, as you all know, I am the kindred spirit of the cookie monster. Chocolate-Chip-Cookie-Anything and I am sold without question. I have been thinking nonstop about cookies sChocolate Chipince this weekend and last night I decided to drive down to the organic market and pick up and Alternative Baking Company cookie. Needless to say, I feel so much better now that my cookie monster has been tamed and I can get back on track without feeling deprived.

Lunch: Tofurky Andouille Sausage, 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice, 1/2 Cup of Spinach

Dinner: Tofurky Chick’n Apple Sausage, 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice, 1/2 Cup of Spinach

Snack: Alternative Baking Company Colossal Chocolate Chip Cookie
